Dear Capobella Residents, Please be reminded that payments for maintenance fees are due on the 1st of every month. Payments are considered late if received after the 10th of each month. Updates to payment processing fees effective January 1, 2025: Bank Account (ACH) Payments: A $1.99 processing fee will apply to each payment. This fee will appear at checkout for one-time payments. For recurring payments, it will be deducted along with their payment automatically. Credit Card Payments: The processing fee will increase slightly, from 2.95% to 3.25%. Mailed Checks: No fees will apply to payments made by mailed check. You may sign up for automatic payments via ClickPay. Please contactthe management office for more information.
